Vietnam Tour Stop!
The Jettribe clan met at our office in Moorpark California at 6:00 pm , on November 28th to begin our Asia "Tour of Duty". We were loaded up with about 350 lbs of gear. Since we are going to the King's Cup also in Thailand, we were forced to travel a little heavier . But since Tony is "Mr. VIP Diamond Card" member for EVA Airlines , they checked in all of our heavy luggases and waived us right by . And gave us our VIP lounge passes and we are done.
Vietnam was one of our first stops, this is where Jettribe has our own sampling and prototype facilty. Yes, we actually own our own facility in Asia! Unlike other brands who rely on a 3rd party to build their gear. We at Jettribe design our gear inhouse in Souther California HQ and build it inhouse in our Asia factory. Anyways, it was great to bring Bill Miracle to meet our Vietnam staff for the first time and John Cutright our inhouse photographer who has been to Vietnam many many times with us for the last 8 years. John even has his own room in our building!!
It was great to spend some time with our Asain staff and went on a much deserved short vacation to a beach area about 4 hours north of Saigon. We had a pretty good size group of 10.And was very nice to see our staff relax and be themselves away from the everyday high pressure of production , shipping and consolidatiing containers allover the world. The time we had spent with our staff was truely priceless.
Our RS-15 series ride gear is designed to better the rider’s experience with comfort, durability, and protection. Our belief at Jettribe is that we build products that we would use ourselves. We strive to provide the best quality and performance for the PWC rider, and consider high sales volumes later. The Jettribe model is to release limited quality products that we can truly stand behind.
